At Glasswing Stays, we believe that beautiful spaces deserve equally thoughtful care. We’re a boutique holiday let management agency serving Yorkshire and Northumberland, built on a simple promise: exceptional guest experiences and hands-off, profitable ownership for you.

From one coastal home to a boutique portfolio.

Glasswing Stays was started by me, Nikki, a property investor who understands what owners really want: good returns without losing sleep, and management that feels fair and easy. It all kicked off with my own family’s coastal home. I focused on the details, the little extras, and making sure every guest had a smooth stay. Word got around, and soon other owners were asking if I could do the same for their places.

What began with one house has grown into a small, carefully chosen collection of cottages and apartments across Yorkshire and Northumberland all managed with the same passion and personal touch.

From Owner to Owner: Nikki's Story

I set up Glasswing Stays because I believe beautiful homes deserve to be looked after properly.
 

As an investor myself, I know the juggle, you want solid returns, but without losing the character or soul of your property. That’s how it started for me, managing my own family’s coastal home. I paid attention to the little things, and soon enough other owners were asking if I could bring the same level of care to theirs and with a background in Sales Management, we fully understand the level of drive it takes to push your property to become an SA success. 
 

Glasswing is still purposely small and boutique. Every property gets my personal attention, from how it’s styled and presented to how every guest is welcomed. I work with trusted local teams to keep everything spot on, and I stay closely involved with owners so they always feel supported.
 

For me, it’s not about being the biggest agency out there. It’s about being the right partner for owners who want their places treated with the same respect as if they were my own.
