From our own coastal home to yours.
I’m Nikki, founder of Glasswing Stays and a property investor myself. I started by managing our family’s coastal home, focusing on thoughtful presentation, the details guests notice and a smooth stay from start to finish.
Other owners began asking whether I could do the same for their properties. That one home became a carefully chosen collection of cottages and apartments across Yorkshire and Northumberland.
Being an owner shapes how I run Glasswing: I want to understand what a property earns, know it’s being cared for and get a straight answer when something needs attention. Those are the standards I bring to our owner partnerships.
We choose homes and owners who share our commitment to quality. Keeping the collection selective allows us to stay involved, review performance regularly and give each property the attention it deserves.
